Bob Arbogast was born on 1 April 1927 in Bellingham, Washington, USA. He was an actor and writer, known for Turn-on (1969), Pat Paulsen's Half a Comedy Hour (1970) and Mork & Mindy (1978). He was married to Tobi Arbogast, Joanna Arbogast and Jan Arbogast. He died on 21 March 2009 in Fresno, California, USA.

Had son Robert Jr. from his first marriage, and raised daughter Paula and other sons Jerry and Peter from his second marriage.

Only child of Lewis and Christine Arbogast, both champion tennis players, an ability their son excelled at in high school.
