Biography
David first came to Australia from Southern California in 1980 and had his introduction to Australian television doing weekly segments and guest appearances related to the health & fitness industry on such programs as The Don Lane Show, Good Morning Melbourne, Hey Hey It's Saturday, to name a few. After returning to Los Angeles to study acting, and spending 7 months in Japan acting in Japanese film and TV dramas, commercials and industrial training films, he returned to Australia and worked in the Australian film & television industry for 7 years represented by Bedford & Pearce Management. During this time he appeared in numerous Australian TV dramas, American film and television productions filming in Australia, and Australian/American co-productions.
In 1992 David put his acting career on hold and over the next 27 years pursued other interests, which included 10 years as a company manager in the computer industry and 12 years as a professional photographer.
In 2019 David made the decision to return to acting. To brush up on his screen acting skills he has trained in Sydney with Screenwise, Sydney Drama School, and Grant Lyndon (voice over). He has recently appeared in TV commercials, lead roles in a music video (Daniel Aranda) and student films (University of Sydney and University of Woolongong).
