He is the first chairman at the TV production company Strix Television.
He worked at the newspaper Expressen in Sweden for 7 years (1980-1987).
He became a TV-host at the Swedish TV-channel TV3 1987 and has hosted
many popular shows like, "Aschberg", "Aschbergs värld", "Aschberg
fredag", "Aschberg ikväll", "Diskutabelt" "Folkhemmet", "Insider",
"Aschbergs uppesittarkväll", and Reality-shows like, "Club Goa",
"Expedition Robinson" and "Baren". He also provided the voice for the
Ugly Stepsister in "Shrek 2".
He is married to Swedish Journalist Lotta Aschberg and they have a daughter, actress/model Annika Aschberg.
