Carl was born in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of
Southern California. Immediately following USC Carl spent five years at
St. John's Seminary for the archdioceses of Los Angeles. During that
time Carl spent time studying in Rome and in South America. After
completing a MA in Theology Carl went to Villanova Law School in
Pennsylvania.
Carl began his legal career in litigation but quickly moved to the transactional side working for several media companies including Viacom, Fox in New York and The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, CA. Currently Carl deals with motion picture theatrical contracts for the Screen Actors Guild.
