Talks about the Bela Lugosi movie The Return of the Vampire (1943)--on which he worked as assistant director--in the book "A Sci-Fi Swarm and Horror Horde" (McFarland & Co., 2010) by Tom Weaver.

After he retired from directing he became the head of production for Universal Pictures Television.

Earl Bellamy, director, retired in 1991. His son, Earl J. Bellamy became VP of TV at Universal before he retired.
