Also now aboard the project from Stampede Ventures, which has secured an interim agreement from SAG-AFTRA, is new strategic partner Live Nation Productions, which has made an equity investment into the production alongside the former company. It’s been set to enter production in Los Angeles October 30, with additional filming to be done in Korea and AlUla, an ancient Saudi Arabia market city which was scouted through Film AlUla, the film agency of The Royal Commission.

Today’s film is the 1998 short Clinton: His Struggle with Dirt. The film, which is a mockumentary, is written and directed by Armando Iannucci, who also narrates, and stars Elizabeth Bell and Don Fellows. Iannucci began his career as a writer, working on both Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge and I’m Alan Partridge. He gained fame with his series The Thick of It and the 2009 movie In The Loop before signing on to develop a show with HBO titled Veep. The second season of Veep premieres tonight on HBO at 10 pm Est.
