Hjalmar Bendtsen was born on 25 July 1886 in Copenhagen, Denmark. He was an actor, known for Store forventninger (1922), Fra mørke til lys (1928) and Niels Pind og hans dreng (1941). He was married to Kis Johanne Bendtsen. He died on 1 February 1967.
