Dawn Brooks Macleod is a writer/producer/director who has over 30 credits in the Visual Effects Department working on Hollywood blockbusters. Dawn has made four short films, her last, "SEEKING LTR", received Honorable Mention in the dark comedy category from the 2023 LA Independent Women's Film Festival. Working at the intersection between storytelling and tech, Dawn's brand is Bold and Brainy Women: the kind who aren't afraid to push buttons. A comic at heart, Dawn enjoys performing standup, torturing her teenage son and cattle dog into taking long hikes, and destroying softballs in the batting cages with her D1 pedigree.
