In June 2004, Mike was promoted to the role of "assistant booker" in Ohio Valley Wrestling to learn more about the creative process.

January 30, 2003 at a WWE Velocity Taping, Nova debuts on WWE TV using his real name Mike Bucci, getting defeated by Jamie Noble.

Began wrestling for ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling) in 1996 under the name Supernova. It was later shortened to Nova.

In ECW, Nova was part of a popular tag team in ECW with Chris Chetti.

First wrestled for the WWE in 1993. He teamed with Bobby Who and they were defeated by the Heavenly Bodies (Jimmy Del Ray & Tom Pritchard).

Traded to WWE Smackdown! where he wrestles both as Simon Dean and Hollywood Nova of the bWo. (July 2005)

Will take on Bobby Lashley at No Mercy. (October 2005)

Employed by Vince McMahon's World Wrestling Entertainment. However, he is currently out of action due to a knee injury. (October 2003)
