Inga Budkevich was born on March 31, 1936 in Moscow, RSFSR, USSR [now Russia]. She is an actress, known for Dostoyanie respubliki (1972), Through Fire, Water and... Trumpets (1968) and Den russiske sangerinde (1993). She is married to Yuri Mastyugin. She was previously married to Eduard Izotov.
