General Hospital (Gh) spoilers tease that Heather Webber (Alley Mills) is about to receive news that she never thought she would ever hear.
Heather is currently imprisoned in Pentonville for a laundry list of crimes too lengthy to list but includes five murder she committed under the guise of the serial killer known as “The Hook.”
But earlier this year, Heather learned she was suffering from cobalt poisoning as a result of a defective hip replacement.
General Hospital Spoilers – Heather Webber Hired Ric Lansing
Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) took Heather’s case over from Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). Meanwhile, Heather finally had hope that she wouldn’t have to spend the rest of her life in prison.
She’s definitely changed for the better ever since the bad hip was replaced. She even befriended Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who was briefly in Pentonville when she was accused of killing...

General Hospital (Gh) spoilers and updates for Wednesday, June 19 tease surprise reunions, embarrassed confessions and big news!
Next On General Hospital
Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) answers the door to a surprise reunion, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) makes some embarrassed confessions and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) has big news!
What, You Worry?
At the Metro Court pool Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) talks to Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Massa) and she can’t quite believe her ears; she’s incredulous as she repeats it back.
Josslyn wants to make sure she’s understanding Gio correctly as she asks “So you’re worried about taking advantage of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)”!
That does seem odd, considering Gio’s living at the Quartermaine mansion, not living with Sonny.
He’s certainly not living in one of Sonny’s safe houses around town. Why he’d think he is taking advantage of Sonny is definitely a puzzler!

General Hospital spoilers for next week’s episodes of the ABC soap tease that it will be one for the books.
Things in Port Charles are a mess, with the lingering question about who attacked Ava (Maura West).
The suspect list continues to grow, but no one speaks up about what they know.
There are several obvious suspects on the spectrum. However, General Hospital writers know better than to make the attacker someone so obvious as Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) or Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst).
As next week plays out, the mystery will continue. The Cassadines believe one of their own did it, but no one will come clean. Should they be worried about each other or an outside enemy?
Here’s what to expect from the people of Port Charles next week on General Hospital.

In last week’s episode “Entangled Bank” we saw Sarah, Cosima and Allison (all played by Tatiana Maslany) spiraling out in their lives. Cosima took a giant leap and seduced her monitor Delphine (Evelyne Brouchu), which only gave Delphine the perfect opportunity to snoop around and get a good look at Cosima’s notes on all the clones. Then Allison revealed that her and her husband Donnie (Kristian Bruun) were getting a divorce, which led to drunken binging and sleeping with her suspected monitor’s husband. And Sarah, trying to hold the clone club together, decided to enlist Mrs. S (Maria Doyle Kennedy) into the club and see what information she could provide. Unfortunately, little Kira (Skyler Wexler) bore the brunt of all the clones’ secrets when she happily took Helena’s hand for a walk, which ended tragically.
With the noose tightening around them, Sarah, Allison and Cosima were not exactly playing it safe.

When Mad Men's Joan Harris (Christina Hendricks) received her indecent proposal this season on the AMC period drama, viewers were sharply divided about her actions within the controversial and polarizing episode. But Hendricks' Harris is emblematic of a larger trend within television this year: the virtual proliferation of prostitutes within scripted dramas. Over at The Daily Beast, you can read my latest feature, "TV's New Prostitute Fixation," in which I examine the sudden proliferation of prostitutes on television, from Game of Thrones and Crimson Petal to True Blood and Copper, and what may be behind the trend. On BBC America’s period drama Copper, which premiered on Sunday, the first person encountered by Kevin Corcoran, the 19th century New York City policeman played by Tom Weston-Jones, is a child prostitute who promptly offers to “pleasure” him in exchange for coin. Chicago – CBS found success with the Canadian import “Flashpoint” in 2008 and they’ve opened international trading routes again in an attempt to replicate it with the dark cop drama “The Bridge,” debuting tonight, July 10th, 2010 at 7pm Cst. It’s a better show than “Flashpoint” that still suffers from a weak supporting cast and cliched dialogue, but its flaws are not deep enough to dissuade viewers in a season when there’s not a lot of competition.
TV Rating: 3.0/5.0
“The Bridge” is one of those cop shows where the drama within the police department is more of the focus than crime on the street not unlike “The Shield” or “The Wire” (although this show isn’t nearly as sophisticated as either of those modern classics). Internal investigations, power struggles, police unions, corrupt cops — “The Bridge” wants you to care about the men (and women) with the badges more than the...

After a Canadian premiere on the TV network CTV, the Canadian TV series The Bridge will finally arrive in the USA. In fact, the show will premiere July 10 on CBS, an American TV network, at 8 Pm.
The TV series is loosely based on the experience of Craig Bromell, the former head of the Toronto Police union. We follow Frank Leo (Aaron Douglas), a street cop who is tired to see that the union's bark is worse than its bite while facing "the brass". Because his colleague finds him charismatic and that he organized a massive walk-out, Frank is elected as the head of the police's union.
As a head of the union, Frank promises that the union will always be there for the cops and that the whole police force will be cleaned from the top to the bottom. In his quest, Frank will be helped by Abby St-James (Ona Grauer), a beautiful lawyer,...

Although The Bridge was supposed to be simulcasted on CTV (in Canada) and CBS (in the USA), CTV decided to go on its own. As a result of that, this one-hour drama will have a two-hour premiere after the Vancouver Olympic Games on March 5, 2010 at 9 Pm. Afterwards, The Bridge will move to its regular timeslot at 10 Pm on March 12.
After the rank and file unanimously vote tough and dedicated street cop Frank Leo (Aaron Douglas) into office as the police union’s dynamic leader, he begins his quest to put street cops first and clean up the force from the ground up as he battles criminals on the street, police department brass and corruption in the ranks. But the old boys’ network running the police force and the city’s self-serving politicians are not about to sit idly by while a former street cop makes up his own rules. Frank...

CBS on Thursday signed a deal to co-produce its second cop drama with CTV after the Canadian network last year brought it "Flashpoint" during the WGA strike.
"The Bridge," from E1 Entertainment and 990 Multi Media Entertainment, was created by former police officer Craig Bromell and written by Alan Di Fiore ("Da Vinci's Inquest).
"The Bridge" portrays cops battling criminals on the streets and their bosses and know-nothing politicians in the corridors of power. The series stars Aaron Douglas ("Battlestar Galactica") as a police union head who locks horns with the police brass in an attempt to combat corruption.
Bromell said the Canadian series, a twist on the cops-and-cons procedural, takes viewers behind police lines to where ordinary officers are forced to combat corruption and skullduggery by their top brass and politicians when they're not patrolling the streets.
