John Cantwell(II)

John Cantwell is course Director of the Irish Film Actors Studio,
founded in 1998. Affiliated to the Film Actors Workshop in Los Angeles,
the Studio offers professional camera training opportunities to actors,
of the highest international standards. In his 19 years as an acting
professional, John has worked substantially on screen and travelled
extensively seeking the highest quality camera training courses and
masterclasses for the actor. For the latter, he gratefully acknowledges
the assistance of the Arts Council of Ireland.
John is also a highly experienced acting coach of many years and brings to the Studio a distillation of his learning from some of the finest teachers and directors worldwide, as well as drawing upon his experience as an actor, director and trained teacher and education consultant. He co-ordinates the Film Actors Studio courses in Dublin, Galway and Cork. He also coaches actors and directors in Berlin and Los Angeles.
