- Born in Chicago, he earned a B.A. in English from Northwestern University, then attended DePaul Grad School and Columbia Film School. Carey has written, produced and directed hundreds of television commercials and won numerous advertising industry awards. He has performed at many professional theaters in Chicago and LA, and been a spokesperson and voice actor for McDonald's, Coachman Trucks, Computerland and other companies.
