Fort Bowie is one of over 25 programmers cranked out by Aubrey Schenck and Howard W. Koch’s Bel-Air Productions for United Artists in the 1950s. They were all pretty slick considering the low budgets. This one was shot on location in Kanab, Utah and is worth a look when it pops up on the indispensable Starz Westerns Channel.
