Yvette Chauviré was born on 22 April 1917 in Paris, France. She was an actress, known for La mort du cygne (1937), Neapolitan Carousel (1954) and Sins of Youth (1941). She was married to Constantin Nepo. She died on 19 October 2016 in Paris, France.

Prima ballerina. Studied with <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm0952544/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Carlotta Zambelli</a>.

She entered the Paris Opera Ballet school in 1927. She was only 13 when she joined the opera&#39;s ballet company.
