- Dubbed the singing voice of Ursula Andress in Dr. No (1962).
- Best known for her role as Sidney James's wife in the hugely popular 1970's sitcom Bless This House (1971). Nearly 25 years later she appeared with another of Sid's famous leading ladies, Barbara Windsor from the Carry On film series, when they worked together in the soap opera EastEnders (1985).
