Monika Fagerholm

Earned her B.A. in psychology and literature at the University of Helsinki in 1987, and worked as a journalist before becoming a successful novelist. Her father was Nils-Erik Fagerholm, a professor, and her mother was Kristina Herrgård, a librarian.
