(September 1953 - June 1958) An accomplished radio actor, he portrayed the heroic Captain Andrew "Jet" Morgan in classic BBC Light Programme radio sci-fi drama "Journey into Space". The stories comprised: "Journey to the Moon" (Sep 1953-Jan 54 and remounted in 1958 as "Operation Luna" as the originals had been lost; this broadcast Mar-Jun 58), "The Red Planet" (Sep 54-Jan 55) and "The World in Peril" (Sep 55-Feb 56).
