Born in France, Francois obtained a University Master Degree in
Politics and Economic Sciences in 1973. She made a Thesis about Film
Financing. An international feature film producer, distributor and
marketing senior, she also co-developed and acquired films for years.
Her credits include co-producing "Three men & a Cradle", developing
"The Last Emperor", co-financing "Highlander", "The Name of the Rose",
Fellini's "Ginger & Fred" and Kurosawa's "Ran". She acquired
distribution rights for 'Kenneth Brannagh''s "Henry V" and the John Cassavetes
films retrospective which culminated at Cannes Festival. Her producer
credits include Reunion (1989) (Jerry Schatzberg/Harold Pinter), Nine Months (1995), "North Star" and
"Bat out of Hell" (Xavier Durringer).
