- Hiroshi Fujioka was born on February 19, 1946 in Kuma Town, Kamiukena District, Ehime, Japan. He is an actor, known for Kamen Rider (1971), Kamen Rider Ichigou (2016) and Kamen Rider X: Five Riders vs. King Dark (1974). He was previously married to Keiko Torii.

- Among his best-remembered roles is Takeshi Hongo, the alter-ego of the famous Japanese TV superhero, Masked Rider/Kamen Rider (1971), which started the "Henshin (Transforming) Hero" genre in Japan (heroes who transform by doing a "henshin" pose, and use martial arts to waste henchmen and weekly monsters). Masked Rider is the other famous superhero series in Japan besides Ultraman (first featured in Ultraman: A Special Effects Fantasy Series (1966)).
- He originally did his own stunts in Kamen Rider, until he shattered his leg in a motorcycle stunt.
