- (1981) In Chicago, portrayed Theseus in the world premiere Organic Theater adaptation of Mary Renault's novel "The King Must Die" (with Dwier Brown, Jennifer Campbell, Richard Fire, Gary Houston, Lily Monkus, Christopher Michael Moore, Carolyn Purdy-Gordon and Tom Towles) while playing Huckleberry Finn in repertory with Organic's revival of "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn." Both shows with the same cast were directed by Stuart Gordon.

Farrell (Michael, Attendant); Jude Ciccolella (Lockwood); Bob Burrus (Roger Griffee); Erma Campbell (Anidra Carson); Cynthia Vance (Toni Young); Mark Sawyer-Dailey (Bureaucrats, Street Person); Del Pentecost (Guard); Malachi Bogdanov, Thomas P. Gunning, Wayne E. Pyle, Nicolette T. Vajtay played clowns; Heidi Swedberg (Street Person); and James Victor Alexander, Whitney Allison Follings, Jamila Harris played children.
