- Amy began working as an actress, voice over artist, and jingle singer at age 7.
- She is best known for her work in national commercial campaigns. Over the years she has given voice to talking dolls, toys, and video games, and delivered well-known slogans including "Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids!" and "I don't wanna grow up, I'm a Toys-R-Us kid...".
- Amy appeared in the Broadway production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof with Kathleen Turner, as well as a variety of regional theater productions.
- She spent several years performing at the prestigious Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Training Center.
- Amy moved with her family to Los Angeles in the middle of high school, and later attended college and graduate school at Pepperdine University.
- Amy can now be heard as the voice of "Stella" on Nickelodeon's Winx Club.
