- Luise Heilborn-Körbitz was born on July 25, 1874 in Berlin, Germany. She was a writer and editor, known for Die Tarantella (1912), Slums of Berlin (1925) and Unter der Laterne (1928). She died on January 15, 1961 in Berlin, Germany.
- Besides her activity as a screenwriter Luise Heilborn-Körbitz was also responsible for the creation of film copies, the translation of intertitles and for the cutting. Among others she was the cutter of "Sylvester" (1924).
- The screenwriter Luise Heilborn-Körbitz finished an education in language and literature before she began to work as a screenwriter for the German production company Bioscop.
- Luise Heilborn-Körbitz also used the pen name Hanns Torius.
