Eugene Levy starred in Schitt’s Creek for six seasons with the show wrapping up in 2020. After almost three years since the show’s finale, some fans have not lost hope of a possible revival.
Levy, who co-created the sitcom with his co-star son Dan Levy, recently said to “never say never” about revisiting the Rose family.
“I know my son Daniel has said this, we’d love to get together with these people again and take the show and the characters to yet another level,” Levy told Radio Times.
He continued, “There’s nothing in the works right now to be honest, but you know, we’ve never stopped thinking about what might happen down the line. We’re certainly open to anything, I think when the idea that is the right idea presents itself we’ll probably act on, I guess.”

Schitt’s Creek continued its winning streak Sunday night at the 78th Golden Globes, picking up the statuette for Best TV Comedy series. It was the second win of the night for the hit Pop TV show. Catherine O’Hara earlier took the nod for Best Actress in a TV Series, Musical or Comedy. Schitt’s Creek‘s sixth and final season has arrived a few days earlier than expected on Netflix, according to a tweet from series co-creator, executive producer and star Dan Levy. Its Netflix bow also included the farewell documentary Best Wishes, Warmest Regards, which aired on Pop TV following the series finale.
The show, which pulled off an unprecedented sweep of the comedy categories at the Primetime Emmy Awards, was originally set to release its Emmy-winning sixth season on Netflix Oct. 7. The series launched in US broadcast syndication on September 28.

Lionsgate’s Debmar-Mercury said Tuesday that Schitt’s Creek, which pulled off an unprecedented sweep of the comedy categories at Sunday’s Primetime Emmy Awards, will launch in U.S. broadcast syndication beginning September 28. The date comes after the recently ended Pop TV comedy set an October 2 launch for Comedy Central, a ViacomCBS sibling.

On the heels of its history-making Emmy wins Sunday, Schitt’s Creek is heading to Comedy Central. The Pop TV series will premiere October 2 on its sister ViacomCBS network.
