While Jeno lived in the US, he wrote, directed and produced a dozen feature and short films. Upon his return to Hungary, he realized that there is a real need for a film school which teaches the study of film as a business and gives a comprehensive training. Hence, along with Eötvös Loránd University, he founded the Budapest Film Academy. In 2016 they became the study abroad provider for Loyola Marymount University.
With the Budapest Film Academy Jeno produced over 40 short films. Most of them won various international awards. He also wrote and directed three short films which won over a hundred film awards. From these three short films Jeno put together an existentialist anthology, titled 'Skating on the Razor's Edge'.
Currently, Jeno is in development and preproduction with his new film which takes the viewer to the war-torn front line of the Russian Ukrainian conflict. 'Beneath a Silent Sky' is a tale of personal transformation and indomitable spirit forged in the crucible of war.
