The latest horror flick filled with immense badassery to be added to Shudder's library is the fifth sequel in the Phantasm franchise, Phantasm: Ravager. Phantasm: Ravager Comes to Shudder: "Joining Shudder is Phantasm: Ravager- the final installment of the long-running Phantasm series.

In addition to Phantasm: Ravager, streaming exclusively on Shudder is the remaster of Don Coscarelli’s 1979 classic Phantasm, as well as its sequels Phantasm III and Phantasm IV.

Phantasm was recently restored by J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot and Coscarelli, and given both a new 4K remaster and a 5.1 surround sound mix, which will be the version presented exclusively on Shudder."

Now that the first season of “Made in Mosjøen” is complete, Aleksander Nordaas has edited his web series into a feature film — and has made the story of a gun made out a fish available for free. Watch a trailer for “Mosjøen,” which follows the writer/director’s film “Thale,” below.

Market deals were previously struck with Momentum (UK), Koch Media (Germany), Aurum Producciones (Spain), Film Europe (Czech Republic and Slovakia), and Middle East’s Gulf Film with buyers hungry for the film off promo.

Synopsis

Ten years after the Black Death ravaged the country, a poor family is on a journey to find better living conditions. On a deserted mountain pass they are attacked by a gang of ruthless outlaws. They only spare the life of 19-year-old Signe. She is taken captive, and the gang takes her back to their camp.

Fritt Vilt 3 Alt' PosterOkay, this is ridiculous; the excellent Fritt Vilt serial killer series is in to its second sequel and yet this latest film has not been picked up for Us distribution. A bold distributor like Maverick Entertainment, First Look Studios, or Camelot Entertainment Group need to take as much notice of this brutal series, just as fans have. In the meantime, more promotional material is materializing on this original, exceptional and gripping horror series.

Norway is serious about their slasher films as this latest teaser for Cold Prey 3 shows. Known as Fritt Vilt 3 in the film's homeland, the first new footage for the film offers suspense, thrills and an involuntary swim down a glacier river. Fritt Vilt 3 Norway PosterFritt Vilt 3, or for the English Cold Prey 3, is gearing up for an October 15th release in Norway, with N. American distro' unsecured. This latest in the series is a prequel to both of the previous films and the latest film poster, seen left, seems to hint that this will be an origins story.
