At her birth in 1965, the wrong name was printed on her birth certificate. The name was Anne Margaret - no relation to the actress by the same name. Later in life when her mother explained what happened in the mix-up, she legally changed her name to Elizabeth Anne - the name her mother actually wanted to give her.
