Producer/Director/Writer and Englishman abroad Tim Fornara is the founder of Pretty Fast, an international production company specializing in creating original content for television and streaming platforms. Tim's work has gained tens of millions of views. He's worked in broad entertainment and branded content but comedic content and particularly format creation is in his DNA, most likely due to his steady diet of British comedy and panel shows as a boy. His company, Pretty Fast is also a production services company with deep expertise in compelling visual storytelling.
Fornara has produced multiple hit series, most recently serving as Showrunner and Director of Turner's Top Secret Video starring Matt Walsh, Ron Funches, Ali Larter, and Brian Posehn. The show aired on TBS, TNT, and truTV. In February 2020, Tim EP'd The NBA All-Star Roast of Shaquille O'Neal & Charles Barkley with roastmaster Tiffany Haddish which gained 3 million viewers. He served as Director and Show Runner on Memory Hole with Will Arnett featuring Jason Bateman, Sasheer Zamata, and Patton Oswalt. Prior to that Tim Ep'd the hit comedy game shows TBS' The Misery Index with Jameela Jamil and Comedy Knockout which ran for 86 episodes over four seasons. Tim has worked with many other stars, including Jason Sudeikis, Will Forte, Tiffany Haddish, Ken Jeong, Lil Rel Howery, Graham Norton, Jimmy Carr, and Hasan Minhaj.
Fornara got his start as a producer at an early age, hosting and producing his own show for Channel 5, The Great British Quiz, and hosted and produced Film24's Film
Xtra series, which covered movie and film festivals. He also produced the documentary feature The Great British Film Industry..?
Tim has two Edinburgh Fringe First awards for his starring role in Pendragon a slew of gold records and an Emmy nomination to his name.
