Melvin L. Williams III

Melvin is a native of Douglas, Georgia; who served in the United States Army and Army National Guard as an engineer. As the Media Director, he desires to create an Audio/Visual environment that enhances and electrifies any speaker, performer or event. Arts & Entertainment has always been his passion. Spending time as a recording artist/songwriter/studio engineer for 20+ years helped him develop a unique ear for music. While earning an Associate Degree in Business Administration at South Georgia College, Melvin became a member of the South Georgia Theatre Company. Developing a love for public speaking while becoming a motivator for artists and inspiring them to empty themselves into their art. Operating a camera during the church broadcast, educated him about shot selections and media communication. Producing a movie with friends from church created an opportunity for him to write/proof and check scenes for continuity. He was able to help score, produce movie soundtracks and complete albums for several artists in the area. Producing his own movie in the near future will help change the mind-set of many local talented people in the community.
