Enrique Rico Diaz retired as a Captain from the United States Marine Corps and earned a combat action ribbon while serving with a special operations unit. During his service, Rico earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from New York Regent's College and a Master's degree from Webster University. Although a Texas native, Rico settled in Murrieta, California after his release from active duty.
As result of his military service, Rico was disabled for a few years and persevered through painful surgeries and several innovative therapies. While recovering, Rico completed the screen writing programs at both the New York Film Academy and UCLA. Additionally he has earned UCLA certificates in directing, producing, and cinematography. While attending UCLA, Rico has been part of more than 40 film projects as a producer, director, writer, or assistant director; among various other positions. Rico hopes to some day be a producer/writer/director of feature films and/or television programs.
