Augusto Di Paolo

Augusto Di Paolo was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina,
where at the age of 20, he began studying acting. The strong Catholic
believer attended Santa Isabel High School and it was there that he
decided to be a professional actor. After that, Augusto decided to tell
his parents about it. Then he attended acting classes to improve his
acting skills. With help from a casting agent he had met earlier, he
got the opportunity to start auditioning for a couple of roles after he
had graduated from high school. Also at age 21 he began a modeling
career. At age 24, he opted to focus more on his acting career
performing with the local theater group. As a Drama Teacher he had
directed 9 school musicals. After auditioning he
finally got a role in a TV series and he made his TV debut in a
successful popular teen drama "Verano del '98" (Endless Summer). He
originally auditioned for a small role but producers were extremely
impressed by his acting so they created a character for him on the
show. Then he appeared in another Tv Shows like the teen drama
"Enamorarte", the Soap Opera "Abre tus Ojos" and another comedy; the
successful "Los Roldan". A few years later, when the opportunity to
model in Mexico arose, Di Paolo grabbed it, embarking on an enriching
path of work, travel and study.
Augusto was soon discovered by TV Mexican producers performing his role
as "Luis Stassi" in the play "Arpias". Not too long later, and after
filming a couple of television pilots he appeared in another successful
TV Show's; TV Azteca's "Se Busca Un Hombre". Originally he had the role
of Rodrigo Escalante but the Network felt that he was too good for
the part so they gave the role of Miguel Angel Solis, boyfriend of
Anette Michel's character. It didn't take too long for Augusto to get
more TV roles in another shows like "La Vida es una Canción", "Lo que
Callamos las Mujeres", "Sexo Fuerte", "Cambio de Vida", "La Otra Cara Del Alma".
After a huge accident in 2013 and a couples of years off the entertainment because of that he returned in 2017 playing roles in two series: "Realidad Aumentada" and "Falsos Falsificados".
Di Paolo spends much of his time studying acting, teaching drama and practicing sports.
