The self proclaimed "Showstealer" has achieved much for a man of only 24 years of age. Entering the wrestling business at only 13 years old, Alex has been around the sport for almost half his life. Not only is he a former British Heavyweight and three-time FWA tag team champion, he is also the managing director of the Frontier Wrestling Alliance.

Alex spent much of the last 3 years devoting his time to spreading the word of British wrestling, through various television appearances, newspaper and magazine articles, and even as the host of the Talksport Saturday night wrestling radio show. But being the public face of the UK scene took its toll on Alex and brought the Showstealer just as many critics as it did followers.

At the inaugural British Uprising, Alex returned - as a beloved fan-favourite - from a serious neck injury which had kept him out of wrestling for eight months. One year later, at British Uprising 2, he did the unthinkable, turning his back on his company and the fans by saving his then arch-enemy, Greg Lambert, from an Ulf Herman chair-shot. He then turned on his near 7ft tag-team partner in front of a stunned crowd at Bethnal Green's York Hall. The new Alex Shane was born.
