Reece Turley

Reece Turley is a budding American actor, singer, and guitarist. He began his acting career at the age of 10, starring in lead roles in various musical theatre productions in the Dallas area including Aladdin, A Christmas Story, and School of Rock. His most recent role was as Boy Scrooge/ Turkey Boy in Dallas Theater Center's "A Christmas Carol." Reece has been featured in various print ads and commercials including Reliant Energy, JC Penney, and Kidkraft. Reece's first time on a film set was as an extra on Texas Twister. After that he played a small role as Young Barry in the sizzle reel for the film Possum Kingdom. The director noted Reece's ability to take direction and give him exactly what he asked for on the very next take. Other directors have noted that Reece possesses natural instincts and is kind-hearted, humble, mature, hard-working, and professional.
Reece has been taking acting lessons for two years, voice lessons for two years, guitar lessons for six years, and double bass lessons for one year. Reece is very active and athletic, and has played many different sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, and flag football. He loves rollerblading, wakeboarding, rock climbing, playing with friends, and anything adventurous. Reece is academically gifted and has a creative mind, so he loves to spend time writing original songs and scripts every day. He is fascinated with language and he is currently learning a second language. Reece has a passion for penguins and recently organized and planned a Penguin Walk fundraiser benefiting the Global Penguin Society.
