Hello there!
I'm Seán Leahy, an Irish filmmaker and Film & Screen Media student at University College Cork. Over the past few years, I've created a range of projects, including An Unnerving Realisation, which premiered at the 2023 Fastnet Film Festival and was selected for the 2024 IndieCork Film Festival. I'm also a Student Academy Member of the Irish Film and Television Academy (IFTA) directing chapter.
My short documentary The Marina was nominated for 'Best Student Work' at the 2024 Peoples Picturehouse Cork Awards. I also received UCC's 2024 Quercus College Scholarship for academic excellence, and I'm pursuing a minor in English to further hone my storytelling skills.
