She is married to Ronnie Wood. On May 30th 2016, she gave birth to their twin daughters, Gracie & Alice.

She trained at the Central Television Workshop, and Mountview Theatre School. She has a BA (Hons) in Drama.

Sally is the founder of Sweet Theatre Ltd. A confectionery company whose products can now be found across the globe, from West End theatres to major retailers.

She is on the board of the Roundhouse Theatre, and has chaired three Roundhouse Galas, raising over £2,000,000 to help over 10,000 young people realise their creative potential through various projects in music, media and performing arts. She is also a Patron of The Ben Kinsella Trust.

SHP Ltd was started by Sally Wood (née Humphreys), with a passion for new writing and creating original work. In 2019 Sally was awarded 'Offie Producer of the Year'.
