Panchakshari C. E from Tumkur district. He is known in Kannada art film industry as a director, screenwriter and producer. Participated as Jury in State and International Film Festivals. His
Directorial film 'Prakruti' won the 61st National Film Award and State Government Third Best film Award' in 2013 and 'Special Jury Award' at the 7th Bangalore International Film Festival in 2014.
At the 2017 Kolkata International Film Festival, his directorial film 'Pathumma' won the special jury recommendation 'Hiralal Sen Memorial Award'. He directed the film 'Sooryana Kudure' and served as a member of CBFC, Railway Board, BSNL and Food Corporation of India. Now he has directed the movie 'Ramzan'.
