Regina 'Peachy' Simons

Regina is an award-winning Native American filmmaker. Immersed in the arts and academia from an early age, she began her acting career at five in a made-for-television film. With over 20 years of experience as a commercial performer and model, Regina grew up in Southern California and has traveled the world, ultimately making her home in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, with ancestry rooted in the Navajo (Oozéí Táchii'nii), Hopi, Assiniboine, and Santee Sioux nations. Regina's work as a filmmaker focuses on creating nuanced Indigenous protagonists and elevating Native representation in film and media. Her projects span narrative, documentary, and experimental genres, reflecting her commitment to authentic storytelling.
