Christina Haggerty

Christina is a choreographer, dancer and performer. She is most famous in the world of Salsa, but she choreographs for film, TV and stage in many different dance styles. She is especially great at choreographing for actors that are not dancers and translating the steps in ways that they can understand and easily execute. Christina's love for salsa music and dance brought her to Los Angeles in the year 2000. She has choreographed and performed for Salsa groups like Salsa In The Mix, Salsabor Y Cache, Sunflower Dancers, Salsa Fina, Ladies in RED and Dashee plus for Weddings, Kids shows, Bands, musicians, singers, actors, and groups on, and off the set. She choreographed all of the Live music scenes for the Feature Film 'Tompkins Square Triangles' for director Steve Becker. She choreographed the entire LIVE show for the all girl band, 'Maxitit, the Bad Kitty Posse'. She is part of the original cast of 'Rock with You' a stage show created by renowned dancer, singer, and choreographer Seaon "Stylist" Bristol performing to Los Angeles and Las Vegas crowds. She has graced the stages of Sabado Gigante and has appeared on numerous tv shows like Dexter, Ugly Betty, Six Feet Under and Cane to name a few. She travels regularly to Salsa Festivals, Competitions and events all over the United States and abroad most recently to Thailand and the Philippine Islands. She won "Favorite Salsa Instructor" for 2011 Golden Salsa Awards.
