Mumbai, Dec 23: British singer-actress Sofia Hayat says that in her complaint against her "Bigg Boss 7" co-inmate Armaan Kohli she hadn't levelled any sexual assault charges.

Armaan, who was evicted Saturday from "Bigg Boss 7" house, was arrested from the house Dec 17 for allegedly assaulting Sofia, during her stay in the show. After being released on bail, Armaan re-entered the house only to be voted out.

"I filed a complain against Armaan under three sections, but when the police itself saw the footage, they themselves registered the complaint under two more sections," Sofia, who was evicted from "Bigg Boss" Dec 7, told.

"Armaan Kohli had to leave the 'Bigg Boss' house last night to co-operate with the police investigation in a case filed against him. He has duly completed the formalities and has now returned back to the 'Bigg Boss' house," the spokesperson said in a statement.

Lonavala (Maharashtra), Dec 17: Bollywood actor and "Bigg Boss - Saath 7" participant Armaan Kohli was released by police here on bail of Rs.50,000 and two solvent sureties of like amount in a case filed by co-participant Sofia Hayat, his lawyer said here Tuesday.
