Adwa Bader

Adwa Bader is a distinguished Saudi-American multihyphenate and interdisciplinary artist recognized for her diverse talents as an actor, poet, singer, songwriter, and screenwriter. Recently, she secured her second lead role in Hana AlOmair's upcoming film, "Dancing on Fire," alongside Yaqoub Al Farhan, with the announcement made through Screen Daily in December 2024.

Bader's inaugural lead role came in Meshal Al Jasser's feature film "NAGA" (2023), which was officially selected for the prestigious TIFF 2023 Midnight Madness program. Her remarkable performance in "NAGA" earned her a place in the TIFF 23 Rising Stars program, recognizing her as an outstanding lead performer, and she was honored with the 'TIFF Share Her Journey' fellowship and award.

A native of Riyadh, Bader has made significant strides in the fashion and commercial sectors, featuring on three major magazine covers in 2024. In addition to her work in film and modeling, Bader published a limited edition compilation of her poetry in 2020.
