Cheyenna Sapp

Cheyenna Sapp (she/her) is a Nehiyaw Iskwew (Plains Cree Woman) from Little Pine First Nation in Treaty 6 Territory, Saskatchewan, Canada. Her performing career took off in 2019 with stand-up comedy, so she began taking acting classes at the University of Saskatchewan while studying for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Indigenous Studies. She graduated from that program in spring of 2023, obtaining both the 4-yr B.A. degree and a wîcêhtowin Theatre 2-yr Certificate. Along with being a stand-up comedian and actor, Cheyenna is a mother, an aunty, and grew up in an Indigenous community to a family with strong cultural ties.
