Lamont Coleman is an award-winning American music producer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and actor. With a career spanning multiple genres, he has collaborated with industry heavyweights such as Wyclef Jean, Akon, Lil Wayne, T.I., Shakira, Aventura, Eve, and Jim Jones and more. His production on Sweetest Girl (Dollar Bill) (2008) earned a BMI Pop Music Award in 2009.
Lamont's work extends into film and television, having composed and written music for Disney, including Coop & Cami Ask the World (2018), Jump Into Wow (2021), and RoboGobo (2025). In 2016, he co-produced Why Can't We Live Together with Paul Shaffer, featuring Darius Rucker. His contributions to scoring were recognized in 2024 when he won Best Score at the 54 Film Fest for the short film Dance.
