a J.D. in Law. Born in Ellensburg Washington. Graduated from BYU in
2000 with a B.S. in Planning and Resource Management. Served a mission
for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Arkansas, Little
Rock from 1995 to 1997.
