Priscilla Elizabeth Welch was born on June 8, 1997, in Brooklyn, New York, to Vashti Hazel Auguste, a dental assistant, and Brian Phillip Alexander Welch, an MTA bus operator. Both of her parents emigrated from Trinidad and Tobago. She proudly embraces her rich Caribbean heritage, which includes roots in Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica, and St. Lucia.
After the passing of her mother in 2011, Priscilla and her siblings relocated to East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, with their father. Though she was accepted into Brooklyn High School of the Arts, she was unable to attend due to the family's move. Despite this setback, she remained dedicated to the arts, actively participating in school and church plays, concerts, and dance performances throughout her academic career.
A lifelong entertainer, Priscilla has always had a passion for performance and storytelling. She graduated with a B.A. in Communications and later trained in acting and modeling at John Casablancas in 2024. Rather than pursuing a traditional agency path, she used platforms like social media and Backstage to independently book her own roles and carve her path in the industry.
Priscilla is known for her work in Bonds of Grief (2024), Echoes of the Past (2024), Echoes of the Past 2 (2025), Losing My Pride (2025), Death Incorporated, and Unraveled: The Prelude to EXcsaped. She currently works as an actress, model, and voice actor.
