David has written music and songs on spec for producers and directors
in Los Angeles and New York including Pam Koslow, Dreamworks, and John
Daly. He provided music for the off off Broadway productions of
Aboveboard and Straight Talk and the films Alex Venino: Diary of a
Hitman, Empathy, The Lace Panel and the scores for Rapid Eye Movement
starring Kansas Carradine and Cold Blood Canyon starring Lulu Brud. He
wrote the book, music and lyrics for the romantic musical drama Esther.
The show never made it to a stage production, but a promo CD was
produced with the original studio cast starring Randy Brooks (The
Promise) and Stephanie Holderman (Les Miserables).
