Gisela Morón

She,s an actress with a lot of character, brave, perfectionist, versatile and passionate about everything she does. Her maternal grandfather was a musician, her father a dancer and painter. Her mother transmitted to me the passion for acting since she was a child, and that, added to her passion for water, this weightless, indomitable element, with its own life and uncontrollable force, led her to mix both things. Artistic swimming as an art: extensive work on body expression at all levels, she dance any style, does acrobatics, develop creative work with the musician and create choreographs.
After 25 years training, more than 15 years on the National Team and many medals at the European and World level, she managed to win the Silver Medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. She founded an artistic swimming school and was also Technical Director of the Catalan Swimming Federation, which gave her leadership and team management skills.
In 2010 she decided to retire, coinciding with the death of her brother Jordi, with who she had a strong and special connection. Jordi had Cerebral Palsy and was the most wonderful and important person in her life. He taught she to dream big, to never give up and to be honest and generous with others. After his death she graduated from the Col·legi de Teatre in Barcelona and the Ecole Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in physical theater in Paris. Since then, she continue to continuously train to continue growing as an actress, her great passion.
She has done six plays, three as the protagonist, among them, Ubú rei and Slastic con el Tricicle. She has appeared in two highly rated series on TV3, in "Com si fos ahir" and "La Riera". And in advertising as an actress and choreographer in seven advertisements such as Freixenet, Coca Cola or Pascual. She has also broadcast live the final of the London Olympic Games.
Sports has taught her how to handle stress and pressure. Her colleagues are amazed by her concentration and focus during long hours of work. she is not afraid of the uncertainty of the profession, She believe she can manage it by perfecting her talent, being open to growing and learning and using what others highlight most about she: her powerful voice, her charisma and her masculine self and her feminine self in balance. Evil tongues say that she is a neat freak, stubborn and stubborn, but she doesn't know how to do anything else with what she is passionate about.
She looks for stories that entertain in the foreground and connect with the viewer, that excite, stir feelings and make us reflect on what we can improve as human beings. She would like to produce her own projects and find scriptwriters, directors and professionals with the same need and idea of communicating. She's working with the Familia de Cine community of professionals created by Assumpta Serna and Scott Cleverdon to share projects and stories. They have helped her has a much broader and more complete vision of the industry. She believe that opportunities do not happen, but we create them. To create and innovate she would like to participate or create teams with interest in social projects. Collaborate as an actress promoting stories that bring changes and values to our society.
