Born in Atlanta, Georgia. Erica graduated cum laude from Georgia State
University Film School.
In 2006, she was named as one of the top 16 Women Filmmakers in the south by "Southern Screen Report".
Also, in 2006 she won "Best Director" for her short film "Give Us This Day", which played as part of the Atlanta Film Festival.
Erica was an undercover narcotics agent and police officer for nearly 10 years prior to attending film school.
She is the daughter of actor Bill Crabb (The Unseen, Run Ronnie Run, Kalifornia) and actress/mathematician Marilyn Crabb.
