Biography

Benjamin Jason Good was born December 2nd, 1973 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was born to mother, Roxanne, and father Richard, a Minneapolis police Detective. Ben was always interested in the Entertainment business,however, his shyness kept him away from it until after he graduated from Robbisdale Cooper High School in 1992. Ben was attending college as a Mass Communications Major, when on a family vacation to Miami, he was bitten by the acting bug while visiting the set of "The Specialist" starring Sylvester Stallone.

After returning, Ben decided to take a break from school and pursue acting. He studied with Charles Anderson (student of Tyrone Guthrie) in Minneaplolis, where he acted in several plays. It wasn't until a couple of years later, while working on "Feeling Minnesota", that Ben met some L.A. crew members that encouraged him to make the move to Los Angeles.

Ben arrived in Los Angeles in 1996, where he landed his first gig as a Production Assistant on "George of the Jungle." After landing several more production jobs, and working with the likes of Janet Jackson, Ben decided to return to acting. He first studied with Andrew Macgarian at "The Shop", and later, "The Warner Laughlin Studios", where he trained with Warner Laughlin and Adam Wilhite. Ben is currently pursuing his acting career and has segued into writing. He has several projects in various stages of development.
