Aaron Pruner got his big break at the age of 17 through booking a national commercial for Little Caesar's Pizza. From the success of this job, Aaron was able to get an agent through the referral of close family friend and Academy Award winner, Ernest Borgnine.

In the summer of 1994, Aaron booked a four-episode guest-starring role on Saban's VR Troopers. He was soon offered the regular series role of "Percival Rooney III". For the next year and a half, Aaron served as the comedy relief for the syndicated children's television show in America.

After the completion of the successful two seasons of the show, Aaron moved on to guest-starring roles on "In The House" opposite Debbie Allen who remarked, "Aaron is a smart actor." Months later, he appeared on "Saved By The Bell: The New Class" as bumbling nerd, Iggy. Over the next few years, he appeared in both national and regional spots for companies such as Del Taco, Snapple, Einstein PCS and Golden Corral.

In the summer of 1996, he costarred in the acclaimed independent feature film, "Tujunga" directed by Jais Sardo. It received many good reviews in the festival circuit. In 2000, he guest starred in the "Mars Attacks" episode of "ER". Soon after, he appeared as Helena Cassadine's awkward young lawyer "Virgil Armstead" on "General Hospital".

A year later, Aaron appeared as the recurring character "Smokie" in the very successful German Burger King campaign that lasted through 2002 and 2003. He appeared in many print ads spanning bus stop posters, billboards, and tray liners. Later in 2002, he also appeared opposite Academy Award winner Charlize Theron in a hilarious "Honda: Life" ad for the Japanese market.

In 2003, he appeared as the Pickle Boy in the funny Sprint PCS ad which shared his character's name. His "Hamster" spot for Citibank was voted as one of the Best Spots for June 2003 in Adweek magazine.

Aaron Pruner is also a writer. He co-wrote the dark comedy "Three Times a Lady" and has trained with The UCB Theater, L.A. Connection Improv, and at The CBS Studios Improv Intensive with Andy Goldberg. He was the co-founder and one of the head writers for the sketch comedy group "The Nimble Vagrants". In 2005, he was featured in a Diet Dr Pepper commercial.

After a decade of putting acting on hold to pursue a career in writing, Aaron is back on his acting game. In 2015, he was featured in a Toyota spot for the Spanish Market and a few years later, co-starred in the horror indie, Blood Brothers. Most recently, he appeared in an episode of Sarah Silverman's "I Love You, America" opposite comedy legend, Carl Reiner.

For over a decade, Aaron Pruner has been true to his passion and himself. Along the way, he has played a variety of offbeat and fun characters on screen and off. He sees this as only the beginning and looks forward to the places his career will take him in the future.
