- Philip won Best Performance for his portrayal of vengeful father Michael Childers in 'Crossroad' at the 2013 Attic Film Festival in Austin, Texas.

- Philip Bulcock has collaborated with director Nic Saunders four times over an almost ten year period. In each film, Bulcock plays the lead role and each is enigmatically named to never reveal their true identity - The Cowboy, The Poet, The Pianist and The Hitchhiker. What is clear however is in each case Bulcock is clearly channelling the writer of the material inspiring the film to help create his character. For example, witness Burrough's trademark fedora in "One Night at The Aristo", Ginsberg's distinctive glasses in "At Apollinaire's Grave" or Kerouac's lumberjack-style jacket in "The Good Blonde".
